Easter Services

Holy Week

March 28^th, 7.00 pm Maundy Thursday - light agape meal and Holy Communion

March 29^th 10.00 am Good Friday Reflective Service

March 31^st 10.30 am Easter Day Holy Communion Service led by Ruth.

April 20^th – we hope to have a post-Easter course from 10.00 am to 3.00 pm run by Ruth.  The theme will be “Consider the Lilies” Hold the date.  See notice below.

Consider the lilies

A creative and study day at St John’s reflecting on our faith response to the environmental crisis.

10am-3pm on Saturday April 20th.

Starting with worship, we will spend the morning in fellowship and creative reflection (joining with Coffee and Chat) to think of how we praise and thank God for creation.  After lunch we will reflect on our responsibility, God’s commands with regard to creation and our own practical responses as a church and as individuals to the challenges faced today.  We will close at 3pm with prayer.

Bring your own lunch.  Hot and cold drinks and cake provided.
